Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-demand periods (drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be extended we'll communicate any delays via email.

Just a note.. we are not Amazon but we work fast!

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days

Based on our recent data, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at Info@saltygoongear.com We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

SALTY GOON GEAR is not responsible for carrier delays, Lost or Stolen packages...

But we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at Info@saltygoongear.com we can only make changes before the order is started.

We currently do NOT ship internationally... Sorry I know... We are working on a way that is easy and smooth for everyone..
