Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Program

We stand behind our gear.

We've built an exchange program that gives you options because we'd rather you rep us in something that fits right than not at all.

What Qualifies for an Exchange

To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following:

Exchange request is submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Item has all original tags still attached

Item is free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use

Item was purchased directly through SaltyGoonGear.com

(items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible)

Non-Refundable Exchange Fee

A $12.00 exchange processing fee is required at the time of exchange approval.

This covers reprocessing, handling, and outbound shipping on your replacement order.

✓ Fee is waived on manufacturer defects or incorrect items shipped.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at INFO@SALTYGOONGEAR.COM 

the subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST – Order #XXXXX

Include the following in your email:

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to exchange

The reason for the exchange

What size/item you'd like in return

Clear photos of the item(s) in their current condition

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mailing instructions

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA — exchanges submitted after this window are void

Shipping Responsibility

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on size-based exchanges

We recommend using a trackable shipping method Salty Goon Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange order will be processed and within 2–3 business days

Customer is responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be offered the choice of a store credit or a different available size/style  no refunds will be issued

Exchange Limits

Limit of one (1) exchange per order

Store credit issued in lieu of an unavailable exchange item.

Final Notes

By completing a purchase on SaltyGoonGear.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Defects & Errors

We work with top shelf printers and check every order, but sometimes things slip through.

If your item arrives with a defect, printing error, or damage:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Send us photos of the issue

We'll replace it or issue a full refund, your choice

We cover all shipping costs for defective items
