MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - "All Noted in Description"
Every made to order piece from Salty Goon Gear is custom printed just for you.
We don’t keep extra stock on hand or run a warehouse full of sizes.
Because of that, we do not offer returns or exchanges on made to order products.
So before you click that buy button, make sure you’ve selected the right size, style, and color.
Each product page has a size chart and a “What’s My Size?” guide to help you figure it out.
If you still need help, hit us up on Instagram or email info@saltygoongear.com.
We’ll get you dialed in.
If you ordered the wrong size and didn’t reach out first, we can’t take it back or swap it out.
BUT
If your order shows up with a misprint, damage, or doesn’t match the size chart we’ll fix it fast.
Send photos of the issue
Mistyped your address or made a mistake on the order?
Reach out within 24 hours. We move quick, but we’ll do what we can to catch it in time.
You’ve got 30 days from your order date to report any issues.
After that, we may not be able to help.
LIMITED LOCAL DROPS (like Full Tilt and future screen printed runs):
These drops are different.
We print in small batches, we hold inventory, and we ship them ourselves.
That means for these exclusive runs, returns and exchanges may be possible if the item is unworn and you reach out within 7 days of receiving it.
You’ll need to cover return shipping and we only exchange for available stock.
We do not guarantee restocks or hold replacements.
Limited means limited.
If we mess something up wrong item, size, or damage we’ll make it right.
Just contact us at info@saltygoongear.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
SHIPPING ISSUES TO KNOW
Returned to Sender
Double check your address.
If USPS returns your package to us because of a typo or a missing apartment number, we’ll ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
If it’s our mistake, we cover it.
Apple Pay Confusion
Apple Pay can place orders fast and sometimes uses old addresses.
Please double check before checking out.
Once the order is shipped, we can’t retrieve or refund it.
Hotmail Users
Our confirmation and tracking emails often land in spam if you use Hotmail.
Check your junk folder or use Gmail if you want smooth updates.
